In February Rock Row received the Slow Home Award for "Best Townhouse Design" in Los Angeles out of 150 entrants. Slow Home is a movement founded by John Brown and Matthew North of Calgary Canada advocating for better designed houses. They visited Rock Row and put together a wonderful video of the project:

According to their website:
"Over 60% of houses are badly designed. When the fundamentals are wrong, even houses that look good on the surface can have a big environmental footprint and be difficult to live in.
