The interior staircase is well on its way. Once complete it will be a lightweight combination of plywood and solid timber that will be seen as its own element serving as a connection between the ground floor and second floor. It is hard to explain, final images will be posted in a week or two upon completion.

The cement board siding is completely installed and the stucco brown coat is on. On the interiors the only items left are the countertops, flooring, and finish plumbing. It looks like the homes will be ready for sales in early 2011 as planned!

With the roof on the building has now been wrapped so drywall can begin.

The framing has been completed for a couple weeks but before we could get the roof on some early rain came and delayed us for a bit. All the rough inspections have been signed off and the roof is now on. Insulation will begin this week and drywall will start early next week.
