Most of their investors share Heyday's vision, whether attracted to the socially-conscious and environmentally-responsible practices, expertise and leadership in design and development, or conviction that the vertical-integration and hands-on business model results in a favorable risk-adjusted return. These multiple small investments are made through the Heyday Small Lot Residential Fund LLC, which offers a 15% annual return and is eligible for tax-deferred accounts (IRA, Roth, 529 Plans).
