The final shape of the buildings is coming together.

We recently sent a survey to the Rock Row owners to ask them what they liked/disliked about living in the development. One of the questions was about the influence of LEED on their purchase.
This is a great survey response from one of the owners:

"Didn't know anything about LEED [when buying the house], but since learning about it, it caused us to change our daily behavior to decrease waste and energy. We are also eating more parts of the cow and chicken to make use of the whole animal. All of the features this house had to offer was a great selling point for us. We feel we got a lot of house for our money."

Framing is about 90% complete as of today. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are also roughed in. We hope to start on the insulation sometime next week.
