The interior stair is installed and structurally sound. It is about 90% complete. A cantilevered bookshelf is still being made and will be installed soon. Pedro, the master craftsman himself, is off to the left in the photo.

The final coat of stucco was applied this morning. The cedar facade on the right is also coming along nicely.

The countertops were installed today.
The main items left for completion are now: flooring, decking, facade, stairs, landscaping. The finish line is not right around the corner but it is in sight.



The underside of the island will be painted to match the cabinets.

The interior staircase is well on its way. Once complete it will be a lightweight combination of plywood and solid timber that will be seen as its own element serving as a connection between the ground floor and second floor. It is hard to explain, final images will be posted in a week or two upon completion.
