Tomorrow Hardy is speaking on a panel at the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate.

This Friday Kevin will be speaking as part of the "Architect as Small-Scale Developer" workshop. Since tickets are only $110 it should be at least as entertaining as a trip to Disney Land.
Seriously, the workshop intends to give other architects and designers the guidelines to develop their own projects as an alternative to only working for clients. The other speakers have done some really nice projects and hopefully the workshop gives someone the much needed understanding they need to launch a project on their own.

Second floor framing is up and the roof framing is scheduled to go up later this week. The master bedroom has a 16' high cathedral ceiling with a nice loft space above the closet where the kiddies can hang out and build forts.
