Silence is Golden

Everyone knows parents should worry when their kid has quietly snuck off to another room and hasn't been heard from in hours. The kid is probably neck deep into something mischievous.
So what mischievous activity have we been up to in this last month of silence? Wreaking havoc on the building department to get permits for our next two projects. One of the projects is three homes in Venice. The other is six homes in Glassell Park.
